I was very pleased to have received an early 'emergency ' appointment. One particular dentist and her nurse were most efficient, kind and sympathetic. The filling was quickly completed without fuss. It was most pleasant that the Nurse exchanged a few words - I previously thought they had to take a vow of silence!!! Some confusion at reception over changes to my current medication. Not an unpleasant experience.

Started there as a private patient. Very friendly staff, very understanding of mental health issues. Took the time and very patient. Make exceptions to help in any way they can. Prices are more expensive but as a private patient to be expected. Decorated appropriately and magazines available whilst you wait.

On my first telephone call I was fitted in on an emergency same day appointment when I had a temporary repair, followed up a couple of days later with a permanent fix. Superb, caring, friendly and professional service from every single member of staff. Highly recommended!

Read my review for my dentist Northam. After a wasted trip to my nearest Dentist I phoned Quay Dental Practise The receptionist explained the costs involved in Private Treatment and the various pay bands. We then exchanged a few pleasantries about the weather and I told her about my broken tooth. She then gave me a cancellation appointment for the following day. I arrived five minutes before my appointment, filled in the necessary forms and the Dentist came out to greet me. She was quick, efficient, informative and had the gentlest nurse assistant I have ever experienced. A really pleasant experience.

My dentist recommended The Quay Dental practice for a complex procedure that they could not perform themselves. I found the staff very helpful and kind and the dentist experienced and competent. I was so delighted that he managed to succeed where my normal dentist had struggled. I have no hesitation in recommending The Quay Dental Practice.
